Our punch power hour is a 60 minute class, using punch bags, mitts and body weight exercises to give you an intense but fun cardio workout.
Our Boxfit circuit class is a 60 minute class warming up on bags and mitts, then its a crossfit circuit that is different every time you do it. We use kettle bells, bosu balls, free weights, plyometric boxes, tractor tires, hurdles, ropes and ladders to give you a strength and endurance workout like no other.
